My mission upon joining OneHousing is to undertake a comprehensive redesign of the entire website. My aim is to enhance the user experience by making home-buying solutions more accessible, personalized, and closely aligned with the needs and preferences of each individual user. Through this revamp, I strive to create a seamless and intuitive online platform that simplifies the home-buying process for all our customers.
Challenges
Role: Product Designer
💡 Defining the design scope
Discussions with stakeholders, product owner helped to understand the project's purposes and translate their vision into the plan:We calculated the design scope for each sprint: UX Research, Creating architecture, High-fidelity UI, Testing
🧩 Product wireframes and UI Design
Navigation structure, create wireframe and review with product owner and lead product designer. Matching the vision with the future product.
💻 Design system creation and management
Creating figma styles and components creation to keep the design consistent throughout all the project files and optimize the design process. Collaborating with the frontend team to create documents for each component.
🧪 Testing
Crossed our fingers and tested if our hypothesis were valid. As it was pre-launch or post-launch, we selected qualitative testing (user interview). Helps to observe interaction with the platform and get answer to “Why...?” question. Got some valuable insights regarding UX and made final design challengs
📈 Launching and Tracking
Last but not least. Making the plan regarding the following tests and UX Improvements. Set up analytics and learn about users behavior, discuss with product team to make improvements

We often have monthly UX Report sessions to sit together and see what good and bad problems the product has after launching. We make hypotheses based on the returned data and from there create new improvements. And we are using HEART to improve the user experience.
